At Ahead of the Kurve we have partnered with LabCorp to provide our clients with Nationwide Drug & Alcohol Testing collection facilities.  You may use any one of the over 2,000 LabCorp Patient Service Centers available by clicking on the LabCorp Logo below.

IMPORTANT:  When going to a LabCorp Patient Service Center, it is very important to provide them with Ahead of the Kurve's Drug Test Request Form.  This form is available on our documents page.
