Virtual HR Department

Kurve offers a Virtual HR Department on its website that provides a resource for employers to ask employment and management related questions for an annual flat fee.  The goal is to provide coaching to management in handling day-to-day HR issues and act as a sounding board.

• Unlimited general employment related questions & document review with a maximum of 30 minutes per issue
• Policy and handbook review or development
• Situational advice
• The goal is to assist clients in preventing costly litigation
• Referal to legal counsel must be made for complex, lengthy compliance or employment issues and legal opinions
